We set up the guest page, prepare and scan-test the QR code, and print and mail the signs and cards in the QR Setup + Guestbook Kit. You approve your design proof, connect your Google destination, and place the printed pieces at your venue.
Do guests need an app or account?
No. Guests scan the QR code, open the upload page in their phone browser, and choose photos or videos without creating an account.
Where do the original files go?
Guest uploads transfer into a private folder in the couple's connected Google Drive. The files stay in the couple's account, and available storage depends on that Google account.
How long can guests upload?
The standard window opens one month before the wedding and closes one month afterward. Your exact dates are recorded with the order so you know them before the wedding.
Why not use a shared album and make my own QR code?
That can work if every guest is comfortable with the album's sign-in flow. Keepsake Link adds a simple browser upload page, setup and scan testing, proofed printed pieces, and enough reminders to place where guests will actually see them.
Does this replace our photographer?
No. Your photographer creates the professional record of the day. Keepsake Link collects the candid phone photos, short videos, and messages happening around it.
