Keepsake Link orders include personalized setup, printed materials, and optional guest photo books. These notes summarize how privacy, approvals, cancellations, and delivery timing are handled.
Guest uploads are collected for the couple's event and delivered to the connected destination or final download link tied to the order. Public gallery display can be limited, and private uploads stay attached to the order for delivery.
Printed pieces are prepared for review before production. Production starts after order details are confirmed, the deposit is paid, and required proof details are approved.
Orders can be cancelled before custom setup, proofing, or print production begins. Once personalized design work, QR setup, digital delivery setup, or print production has started, refunds may be limited to work or vendor costs not yet incurred.
Printed pieces depend on proof approval, payment status, print vendor turnaround, and shipping time. Guest upload windows usually open before the wedding and close after the wedding based on the selected package and order details.
Finished client photo books may use licensed design templates or internally created layouts. Template source files are never redistributed to clients. Photo book template details may change when a vendor license is pending or a better production workflow is selected.
